It's rare to have trouble scheduling with one of our certified providers, but here are some reasons that might cause issues:

If the ID you've provided does not allow a provider to confirm your identity, they will notify you that your visit was unable to be scheduled, and will ask for a new ID.

If GoGetDoc is not available in your state, you will be unable to schedule a visit. GoGetDoc virtual visits are currently available in the following states:

  • Texas

  • California

  • Florida

  • Kansas

  • South Carolina

  • Georgia

  • Massachusetts

  • Missouri

  • Arizona
