Level 1 verification is assigned to your digital pass immediately after a valid registration is completed.

Most passes are updated to level 2 within 24 hours of registration, after a review by our AI. If you have not received L2 verification within a day or two, your pass may be in a manual review queue. A pass can be in manual review for a number of reasons:

  • mismatch in data

  • unclear/missing photos

  • unacceptable documentation

If you believe that your initial submission was not immediately updated due to the reasons listed above, please reattempt your VaxYes submission with new photos. Be sure they are clear, well lit and in focus. Be sure that the spelling, names, and date of birth used in your submission match your government issued ID.
